Welcome to Callie (“the App”), an AI-powered calorie-tracking chat application designed to help you achieve your health goals. By downloading, accessing, or using Callie, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
- →Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian if under 18.
- →Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- →Agree to these Terms.
Subscription and Pricing

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and Apple App Store. Payments are charged upon confirmation of purchase and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
c. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
User Responsibilities
- →Provide accurate health and fitness data for optimal functionality.
- →Do not misuse or exploit the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- →Respect the intellectual property rights of Callie and third parties.
License and Restrictions
Callie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. You may not:
- →Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- →Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- →Share your subscription access with others.
Limitation of Liability
Callie provides health and fitness suggestions but does not replace professional medical advice. You use the App at your own risk, and we are not liable for:
- →Any health-related outcomes based on the App's recommendations.
- →Technical issues or service interruptions.
- →Unauthorized access to your account or data.
Privacy Policy
By using Callie, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Callie at our discretion if you:

Updates and Modifications
